Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

i find something really strange : when i assign a track to ext , it still
play internal sounds of XL7 on that track?i have to choose "default" to
hear only the sound of my sampler !
any idea ??

This was recently discussed at length.  What your experiencing I believe has
to do with the way the XX-7 handles its own controllers, external MIDI
controllers and its own internal tracks.  I suggest that you look at the
thread with the title "Question about Keyboard Transmit on/off" for some
additional information.  If that doesn't help feel free to come back with
some additional questions!
