Hi there Sean; I considered all you said in your letter to the User Group and thought upon it. So I did contact my dealer today and packed my E-MU Command Stations, both of them, the XL7 and MP7, and Fe-Exed them back to them. I have a credit with them and buy things like the Command Stations before they even come to the public. Imagine that. I was going to buy a re-released Audity 200 and a Proteus 2500 in November until YOUR letter. You must work for E-MU. OK, So I will have to accept that that is E-MU's attitude to me as a customer of E-MU. Life begins with Acceptance, Sean. So please accept back both my Command Stations. You and E-MU. You just lost a customer and a very intelligent user. I want You and E-MU to know I worked a day job in a very dangerous factory this Summer building distillation units to buy both Command Stations. Yes, I was nearly killed in the offing. This is the truth. I want You and E-MU to know that many musicians slave day jobs to buy Your tools. But I wanted the Command Stations. And I think it was the worst investment I made this year. My dealer knows I spend big bucks on my music tools and knows now these units have major hassles. That is a logistic truth. Maybe You, Sean, shouldn't come to a gunfight with a pop-gun and a wise attitude... E-MU hasn't delivered the promised on these units and a lot of us who bought these units have been crash-test dummies for them... OK, so now, I will purchase something else. You just burnt Your bridges wth me, my Man. I might have invested in E-MU's samplers, but nope. Not now. And I own a little studio. I had hoped Your Command Stations would be centre-pieces in there, but not now.
