Actually, I think you need to use a computer-based MIDI sequencer to
load those guys up. The presets are coded differently than pattens
you can load with E-Loader in that most of the information is SysEx
data. To load the patterns you need to start a new MIDI track in you
sequencer of choice (Cubase, Sonar, etc...), be sure that the MIDI
channel on that track is going to the XL-7 and just press play. Be
warned that this will overwrite any presets that you already have
loaded on the 512 user preset locations. Repeat this for all 4 MIDI
files you get (one for each preset bank) and there ya go.
