Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi,

i´m still wondering if it´s possible to use the soundrom from the 
Audity2000 inside the XL-7. Anyone using this combination? Is it 
possible? Thanx for answering.

Nope, you can't put the physical Audity ROM in your XL-7, but you're in
luck because it's already in there.  =)  The samples in the XL-7 are
the Audity ROM + the Audity Extreme ROM.  The XL-7 presets are all new.
 The old A2K presets can be coerced to work with the XL-7 ROM, but that
will take lots of work, as all the instruments will have to be mapped
to the XL-7 instruments instead of the Audity instruments.  Maybe
someone with some sysex experience wants to take on that task...
