the repeat button only works when you are recording, this is really naff since you are not able to jam or practise with it before recording. so the repeat function working in play mode would be usefull , for me it is now useless. the possibility to use user patterns is beats mode, i think now you van only use preset beats, but using youyr own patterns as elements in beats mode, would be really something not this karaoke function that it is now. drum kits programming in stead of 4 layers the pos. to split a jammed one channel rhitmic pattern on 1 channel *or 2* into hi hat kik snare etc... good luck
