Don't know who reads this list but I have seen other feature 
requests, so here is one of mine: pattern edit "divide drum track" 
like in the rm1x or rs7000, which takes a drum track recorded all on 
one track and slices/divides the drum hits across the next following 
tracks based on an algorithm that distinguishes between the kinds of 
notes/rhythm of the pattern.  The high hats would be on one track, 
snare on another, bass, etc.  

This feature allows you to quickly and fluidly record drum patterns 
on one track, but later allowing you the flexibility to be able to 
mute out the bass drum or whatever; also it allows you to easily 
assign different presets to each drum part.
