What are peoples opinions on the swing function on the xx-7's.  How 
does it compare to akai.  Thanks for any help.

The swing function is in the sequencer.  It is not a real time but 
there is a percentage that can be dialed for a rhthym and I was 
wondering how the sequencing on the XL-7 compared with an akai.  I 
know a lot of people get hyped about akai sequencing for its rhtymic 
feel and I was wondering if people that have used both see the XL-7 
as being as capable for building beats with its sequencer whether 
it's driving its internal sounds or an external sampler.

I like it, it's musical if not as a comprehensive as the MPC60 grooves I 
think you're referring to.  Do wish we had more options in this department 
though.
