hello,
Just acquired the xl-7. some questions regarding the arpegiator.
1. I have figured out how to use the mutlichannel arpegio, via
multiple channels with arpegio presets, but what about using five or
six of the factory arpegio patterns,(the ones in the master section,
the blessed 200 factory apegio patterns not presets), with presets
that DONT have the ARP: designation in front of them.
IE: pick a preset, pick a arpegio pattern put it on a channel/track
combination. repeat many times until happy.

You'll have to set an arpeggio with the preset you want to use.

1. Press the patch button under edit in the top right hand corner
2. Press the arpeggio button in pattern/trigger/edit section
3. Scroll until you get to the arpeggios section, and select the arpeggio
you want to use with the patch.
4. Save the patch to the user section.

Personally, I've found the arpeggio set that comes with the unit less than useful, and arpeggios programming a little difficult.

Would there be any chance, emu, that you could make a 'copy track to arpeggio' command? That would be >truly< convenient...
