Painting the XX-7

Painting the XX-7

Yeah, the real biggy right now is finding out how much it's going to cost
to get the labels all re-silkscreened. I talked to Emu about it, but they
get the cases already painted and everything right form Japan, so no help
there. Once I get a price, I'll forward it to the list and we can see who
would be interested in pitching in on this. I love my XL-7, but hate all
things yellow :)

I was thinking of doing a paint job as well... Let me know how it
turns out! Are you going to have all the labels put on? Maybe if
you want to go silk screen, some members of the group (me) could go
in on it and we could send it around the country. I think as long as
you clean the screen, it is completely reusable.

Hi all,

I was browsing the web about old tb-303 sites and found this guy who
change their faces with new aluminium cases : www.acid.ch
As he lives in the same countrie as me (switzerland) I sent him a
mail to know if he thinks it will be possible to make the same
modification for xl7--
If I have an answer I'll keep you informed.

Hi all,
Unfortunately I received a negative answer from this person, he hasn't got enough time to work on an other project as xl-7 cases...
See you.
