New Owner of a bright Yellow XL-7

New Owner of a bright Yellow XL-7

2002-05-15 by billydeath2001

Hi all...

This is great, still learning how to get around on this thing. I must
say, the sounds are awesome. Great selection, thanks EMU. My only
problem at the moment is why a company , still to this day, can not
write a simple and easy manual? I know when I updated this to 1.31
things in the manual have changed. But I am lost on a lot of stuff. I
have only had since thusday last week, my A.D.D. is kicking in, LOL.
Wish the basics would go a little faster. LOL Worked with it about 4
hours each day so far. Getting into creating my own songs and
patterns....REALM THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT ON THIS GROUP, MAYBE YOU
SHOULD WRITE THE MANUAL.

And the ninja said to the grasshopper:

Nothing in life is easy, my friend. It takes practice, lots of
practice.

LOL, I had at one time entertained the idea of doing a basic walkthrough,
sort of a XL-7 cookbook. However, I just don't have the time right now to
undertake something like that, at least not enough time to do it properly.
As always, if you run into any problems or points of confusion, shoot us
an email here, and we'll all do what we can to help out (or at least
pretend we know what we're talking about!). Did you see the FAQ?
