when prodatum receives a user preset dump it extracts the preset name 
and updates the preset name browser with this name.

advantage/idea: preset name changes made outside of prodatum make it 
into the preset browser (no resync needed).

disadvantage: the machines need some time to update their edit buffer 
(especially command stations) after the "program change" command is 
received. so if prodatum does not wait a little (few secs) to send the 
"request preset dump" command after sending the "program change", the 
synth will send old preset data (previous selected preset). this results 
in the preset browser being updated with a "wrong" name (as well as 
prodatum showing "wrong" program values). i consider this as a firmware bug.

in v2.0.2 (not released yet) prodatum will wait a few secs (1-2) after 
the "program change" command is send. since this slows down preset 
selection and noone reported the above isse (is it just me?) i have not 
released v2.0.2 yet.
