Command Station occasionally restarts when main encoder is used

Hi I'm finding that my MP-7 restarts as though its power has been cycled when I turn the main encoder wheel. It doesn't always happen, but it happens enough to make it unusable for live use. Has anyone had this problem before? Is there a known fix? I got an MP-7 from ebay about a month ago, and while it was very cheap, I've had tons of problems with it. I had to replace buttons, pots, and LEDs so far, and now this problem has started. I'm very discouraged. I haven't even been able to dig into what this thing can do because I'm always fixing it.
