Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

From what I can tell, you can only insert/edit Poly AT in edit event mode, and not from the keypads. Haven't looked into this all the way, but I was hoping the keypads would generate it. The midi spec says no for respond, and generate is left blank. Any opinions welcomed.

I just tried it on mine and it works fine, though I did find a bug!

The screen you want is 3rd in the Controllers menu: "AFTERTOUCH CURVES". For each style message (channel or poly), you can choose from "off", 1, 2, 3, or 4. The bug I found is that when I went into this page, they both said 100!

I verified that with them both off, I saw the MIDI out light blink upon note press, but not aftertouch. If I turned either on, I'd get lights with pressure. My computer's not connected to the device at the moment so I can't verify that it's actually sending the right message, but I'd bet it is.
