Okay Great news glad that I'm still apart of this forum. thanks for the info prior too Bob!

My question is about the USB on the CS I know it's for using Midi, can I send midi messages like your start, stop, continue? Or must I continue to use midi cables for that..

The short answer: you must use midi cables.

The only thing I know of that works with the USB port is e-loader 
(primarily for use with transferring patterns & songs between a 
computer and the CS).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
