Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

hi just recieved new b-stock px-7 with px rom and composer mint condition with plastic on 
screen...woooohoooo....however upon closer inspection you can see hexagon marks where 
the pcbs are fastened to the top of the machine with tiny cracks in the paint? no big deal just 
wondering if anyone else encountered this weird anomoly?

also noticed the px was designed in america made in japan wher my xl-7 and mp-7 are 
designed in america made in america


anyway just wondering if anyone else has these tiny marks bumps on there machine...

Just checked....my XL-7 does not show any marks from the PCB mounting spacers on the top of the unit......it's probably a manufacturing issue I wouldn't worry about....as long as there is nothing loose inside and the unit works....

There's a reason they're called b-stock. ^^

Are you sure about the "made in japan" quote ?
If I'm not mistaken, the first Command Station were "made in USA", and 
then assembly line was moved to China a few years later.

A bad random number generator: 1, 1, 1, 4.33e+67, 1, 1, 1

It is just the screws and some show after a while, my PX-7 has them but the XL-7 and my MP-7 don't, weird.. but nothing to worry about, at least I don't think....
