Their made by a company called powdec, the model is a CMG9-01
Its a custom job as it has 4 main supply rails, their off the shelf
SMPS's are 3 rail. (look at their PTE43-XX-C range)

www.powdec.com

I think i recall someone finding a replacemnt in europe somewhere,
check back in the posts.
Simple Solutions here in the UK had one left, proberly the only one
in the UK but that was months ago. Cost 90 ouch..

If your in the UK you could send just the PSU to me and i could have
a go at fixing it for you. Proberly only a cap or a resistor failed,
but could be more if your unlucky.

There will be a lot more gear like this failing in the same way as
most stuff these days have SMPS's in them.
Ive got a TC Electronic stereo Triple C sitting here with the same
(or looks the same)problem.
Cheers
Gonz

In my case, I have a problem with heat.
I measure all the voltages with motherboard connected, and find that -12v is realy -13.6v
and +12v is +12.4v
+10v is +9.25v
is it bad?
how can I diagnose what`s wrong?

Doesn't sound to wrong; what problem are you experiencing. It's not common for the negative supply voltage to be a bit off, the power supply regulates the critical voltages such as 3.3 V and 5 V and the rest then tag along within reasonable limits.
