i'm using a gravis midi adapter which has 1xin/1xout,i wondered the
midi cables then i cahnged them a lot but still couldn't work.
i make music thru cakewalk/gravis midi box/other synths/samplers w/o
a problem.my pc running win98.

yes,i'm sure i connected them correctly,and the e-loader showed
device config. as mpu401 midi i/o matched w/ the gravis,thats mpu401
compatible.but,do i need to adjust the default midi device no.?the
default is 0 at e-loader.

do u mean i need to check this on the e-loader?it seemed no xl-7
there....let me check it again.and how about that dialog box about
java i got?is my problems dealing w/ java...?
