all of a sudden my xl-7 has frozen up.  when i reboot it, ie turn it off and on it gives me a 
bland digital screen.  how i can reboot to get my shit back up?  tricks?

problem solved.  i opened the unit to see wtf was up and noticed one of the ribbon controllers had become detached.  (dont know how since i never take the unit out and havent recently installed any new roms....anyway).....i reattached the one ribbon controller that had become dislodged and made sure all other connections were tight and boom, fired that bitch back up and my xl-7 is screaming again.  (and all 3 roms inside are functioning properly).

Turn the power off.. Then turn it on and press down together the Cursor keys (left and right arrow) until you get the dianosigtic menu and run some tests.
