No, theres no initiate pattern or preset from the main menu's.
You can reset things from the diagnostic menu though, that will clear
the unit out and you would have to reload all your presets and patterns.
You can either keep an empty pattern / preset then just save it to the
location you want to clear.
I might have a sysex dump that is just cleared banks, l'll have a look
and post in the files section if so.
Dont think theres one there already for presets is there?

You probably don't want a truly blank preset. Without patchcords, none of the knobs will do anything. The "Default Preset" (at the last slot on each ROM) is silent (i.e. no instruments) but is all ready to go with patchcords and volumes and the like.

Simply go to the preset you want to reset, go to the Save/Copy menu, choose "Copy Preset From", pick 127'3 from the end of your ROM, and press enter.

Sorry these are V2.0 blank preset banks with patchcord and controller
assignments as default.
Ive re-named the file and description to reflect this.
I forgot about the blank preset at the end of the rom banks, ive
spent most of my time in the user banks so far.
Cheers for pointing that one out..
