Greets from an old friend

Greets from an old friend

2005-07-07 by tarekith

Hello peeps, long time no talk! Your old buddy rEalm here (now using
the name Tarekith FYI). Anyway, I was cleaning out files on my
computer and found the Illustrator templates I used to do the custom
paint job on my XL-7, which some of you may remember. Yes, these are
the templates for the orginal lettering on the front panel! I wanted
to upload them to the files section for you to use, but it seems
you're using all the available space. If someone can clean out some
space, or host these for me, I'll be happy to pass them on.

I can't email them to a ton of individuals though (really busy at the
moment), so please only contact me if you can host these for
everyone's benefit. Hope things are going well and you're all
enjoying your Command Stations and making kick ass music. Glad to see
Aaron is still around and helping you all out as well.

To hear what I've been up to, you can listen to my newest songs here:

http://www.soundclick.com/Tarekith

and here:

http://www.workingbeats.com

Interestingly enough, one of my newest songs "The Bending Grass" was
something I just completed after finding an old back up of something I
started on my PX-7. Pretty much the majority of the sounds are from
the Command Station ROMs, take a listen on the Soundclick site, and I
hope you enjoy it.

I only subbed to let you know I have the templates to share, so if you
want to say hi or reply, hit me back at Tarekith@.... I need to
unsub as soon as I send this message, so I won't get your replies if
you send them to the list. Also, if you're in the Chicago/Milwaukee
area, I'm throwing a huge party on Oct 1st to celebrate getting
married. It's free to get in, and I'll be doing a live set as well.
Email me for more info.

Take care guys and gals, hope you all are doing well!

Peace and beats,
Tarekith
