Hello,

Go into globlal and find mix output and select the FX send you want 
the sound to be track to use.  To further edit the FX just go to the 
FX send amounts screen and set the mix levles of the fx for A and B.

Depending on the sound you may just want to turn all other sounds 
down a little.  It is often better to turn things down rather than 
up. But if you do want to make a paticular preset louder then select 
the track that the preset is on and press the preset edit button and 
select the AMP screen and turn up each layer up a few notches.  And 
save the preset to a user location so you dont loose it.
