Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Well I called E-MU yesterday to try and get an answer as to when the 
new os was going to be out.  The guy i talked to could not get a 
solid answer (this is sompthing i can understand)I basicaly said can 
you please give me an educated guess?  He reluctently said "maby like 
a month".  this is not as bad as i guess it could be.  On the other 
hand i am getting rely sour about this.  I rely wanted to have a 
short demo ready for early October becous I have the opertunity to 
give the cd to the likes of Jeff Mills as well as well as some other 
Big Daddy's of the industry.  This is not an opertunity i get often!

I also got another call from a friend i hadent talked to for a couple 
of months who has a venue that he hosting an event on a weekly basis 
who is like "i would love it if you could play"  and i am getting 
sick and tired of saying "well i will have to see if my NEW gear will 
work by then".  I don't know what elts to say, I am just venting i 
guess but man like the title says I am loosing my cool about the wack 
os in this thing.  It is begining to feel like I am dealing with a 
PC/MAC or sompthing and that is NOT why i spent 1900.00 on a little 
yello box instead of a pentium 3 one gig prosessor with dvd player, 
and all the other trimmings. 

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRG!
