Make sure you download the latest manual too, it's in the files section of
this group.

Also, the Addendum for Command Station OS 1.31 describes beats. The
bts preset patchcord functions are on pp. 7-8.

And while were talking about bts:

Hey, Aaron. Do you have the formula/algorithm for the busybeats
function? If so, could you post it? I tried to figure it out a
while ago, but untimately decided not to pursue it. Thanks.

Yep, I wrote it. =)

Btsbusy is the easy one. It simply adds or removes tracks tracks one
by one. >64 = add tracks, <64 = remove tracks. The tracks are divided
evenly among the 64 values. (i.e. if the beat defaults to 5 tracks on,
it will remove one track per -16 or add one track per +(~6))

Now *BtsVari*... that's the interesting one... =)

Re: Preset Patchcords: BtsBusy

Thanks for the details. I will have to see if I still have my
notes. Maybe it was BtsVari I was testing. At the time I was trying
to create a table that I could use to send some CC values and choose
the specific track on/mute configurations I wanted.

Also, thanks for the lyrics related to midgets in a box!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
