Hello,
is it possible to change the sensitivity or the velocity of the pads 
in the MP7 ?

   You can change the velocity scaling, to give it a feel that you may find 
more comfortable.... Erm can't remember off the top of my head where the 
option is, probably in Global or Controller.....

Yes, it's in the Global menu, called "Master Velocity Curve". Page 149 in 
the manual.
