Hey gang, I've read that the Proteus 2500 has a 16-track sequencer in it. Does that mean that the Proteus 2500 is virtually an xx-7? It looks like the front panels on the xx-7 and the 2500 are pretty much the same. Are the units themselves the same? If not, what differences are there? Fab

Not much difference other than the Pop ROM and the "rack style" body. It is a command station without the pads or a sound module with a sequencer. Rev P
