hi , i too, am looking into the esx1 as a sampler to go along w/xl7.
i thought i read that it can receive 3 midi channels- is that true?
and also is the synth the same as ea1. these 2 units would be a great
combo. thanks, mach

You can download the manual from the Korg website BTW. The ESX-1 has no
onboard synth, it's is only a sampler.
