Can't use wheel to scroll b-cuz it starts moving!!!!!!

The "hold cursor and wheel" function would rock if the "hold cursor auto scroll" didn't take over. I think someone should add an option too use either or, or turn auto scroll off. p.s. auto-scroll sucks:(
