Honestly, if it's not a bug, then we should be happy. Some how I have
this feeling Scott or Aaron will be the first ones to point out any
mistakes we make, they're usually pretty quick to correct anyone who's
wrong on an aspect the Command Station's functionality. Remember too,
this is most importantly a way for us to figure which items AREN'T bugs,
so that we can stop bitching about them and get on with making music. :)

Did you get that email I sent you? I even titled the top section
"possible bugs" in an effort to avoid misleading people, as only Emu knows
the actual code on these things. Maybe we should stick with that
convention for now?

Anyone have other ideas how to be sure we are putting true bug in the
report?

We do appreciate any feedback about potential bugs - and we will address
them as best we can. We don't *expect* you to be beta testers, but we
know that y'all are probably going to find things that we missed. There
is always a fragile balance between trying to get out new features as
soon as possible versus how much time we hold onto the code and test it
in-house. Given that understanding, we really don't want to send out
anything that is going to cause significant problems for you, as we know
your time is valuable also. We also *greatly* appreciate the efforts of
the list members in weeding out the 'user error' elements of all this so
that we can concentrate on the issues that we can actually do something
about. This includes improving any documentation or the UI in ways that
might be deemed necessary if we see that users are consistently
'misunderstanding' or have issues with the way the product works. All of
this goes toward improving the product and the user experience, which is
what we all really want.

Thanks all,
Scott

PS: Note we are all pretty busy right now preparing for NAMM, so pardon
us if we are a bit less available on the lists for the next few weeks.
