Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi,

I also realized that the Host connector to my brand new XL-7 (feels 
great so far) is in fact a USB port. Can anyone from Emu/Ensoniq tell 
when there'll be functionality for that available, and what kind?

My main reason for asking is that I'm stranded in North America, with 
a laptop, but without a MIDI port for the length of this Fall. Now if 
the E-Loader program would transmit through the USB - as I foolishly 
hoped it would - I'd be all set... but for the moment there's no 
connection.

You serious? That would be fantastic! I imagine it would make the up- 
and downloads a lot quicker, too... ;->
