Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

can someone please help me figure how to sequnce samples from my akai 
s900 into the xl7 using different tracks for different samples. i can 
sequence one track fine but when i switch to another track it cuts 
off the first i done when i hit the key pad. i hope i was clear and i 
eagerly await any response. thank you!

Let me make sure I am understanding you here.

You are trying to trigger samples in your s900 with the xl7?

What outputs are you using on the s900?
I am pretty sure that you have to use seperate outs for each sound in 
the S900.  I could be wrong but that is how I rember that sampler 
working.  At least the main outs would cut samples off when new ones 
where triggered.  But it has been many years since i had a S900

thanks alot i think that will fix the problem...i just set back up 
and i had the same issue once b4. thank you very much.
