I just recently got a job at a music gear store (like a local version of Guitar Center) which is also an E-Mu dealer. Take yer time getting the ROMs - they're not coming off sale any time soon. The price drop, according to our area rep, is permanent. Word is, E- mu is slowly but surely going out of business and is trying to clear out what merch they have left.. /.e
