I actually think the pianos are pretty sweet. but let me tell you I am not
using a midi controller and I am hardly a master piano player but I do know
what sounds good to me. I have hardly really gotten bored with the pianos on
that rom and right now for the past 2 months the protozoa rom is all I have
had to create about 24 really nice tracks almost all containing piano. with
the filters you can create some really sweet patches as you would know. I
would say it really depends on how you need to use your piano. for chords
its great and the higher registers sound decent. the lower registers sound a
little thin and non bass heavy but they carry the proper dynamics where you
need them with proper eq and necessary compression I guess you could fix
what they got wrong with them.
