If the program leaves a remote control session open, E-Mu outputs sysex for
button presses, knob turns, etc.  I found at a setting of less than 100%,
the master volume knob was subtley unstable and put out an uneven by
constant stream of sysem data.

Is the non-stop blinking midi in, out or both?
