Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

It's really weird.  I have figured out how to control the preset's arp as well as the 
global arp and I've turned them both off to no avail.  Is there another way to turn off 
the arp?  I was able to change all the perimeters on the arp but not turn it off.  Weird.
