Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Thanks for the advice, I've already unplugged them this morning, it just doesn't feel right, I was getting a good signal with almost no volume and a -20dB cut.  It didn't feel right.

Would you perhaps know if going direct from the computer with a stereo-eight to RCA to quarter inch would work?  I mean, I know it'll work, but the signal seems like it'd be too weak to hurt anything. 

DAmn it sucks not having a mixer.
