Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

OK OK WITH SOME TINKERING I REALIZED I TURNED OFF PROGRAM CHANGES IN 
THE MIDI  EDIT FOR ALL CHANNELS. I RESET THEM BACK FROM OFF TO ON AND 
THIS RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. THANX GUYS AND GALS
