i just found it!!

pattern,
event,
go down to the bottom,
turn the knob till yoou get:

prog0 m:off l:off

the only thing is its NOT realtime like all the rest of the 
sequencers in the world..(need to fix EMU).

so you have set the "number" then turn grid record on,
press the "1" on the track enable,
then press play.

your going to have to do it twice..(i dont know why...dont ask).

i quess ill be using this as my live sequncer now!!!
