Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

How does the MP-7 compare with the MPC 2000 as for as timing, in the 
pocket groove? Thinking about getting one.  I am very impressed with 
the MPC 2000 timing.  Even though the MP-7 is not a sampler, it 
appears to suit my needs.
