Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I assume it to be true. Guitar Center is blowing XL-7's out for $399 
($449-$50 rebate), claiming it is discontinued. I didn't care - I 
bought it immediately.

However, here's another theory - Emu just released v2.0 software, 
which has different functions for the various buttons. Therefore, Emu 
may release a new rev of the XL-7 which contains the proper labeling 
of the buttons with new functions.

Finally, Emu just released the PX-7, and I doubt they'd release a new 
product in a product family that they are totally discontinuing.
