okay.  i've got mp7 (OS 1.3x) and midi doesn't work.  i've got it 
connected to midi in and out (on the midi interface), but nothing is 
recieving on the computer end.  i have tried dumping sysex into 
cubase, cakewalk.  doesn't work.  i have also tried eloader to 
recieve OS 2.0 and send patterns into eloader to save.  eloader only 
works on USB port, not through midi.  i have another module 
<audity2000> and midi works perfectly when i send sysex.  so that 
means it's not a software issue.  on the mp7, the midi out light 
comes on when i press the octave pads, but still nothing is recieved 
on computer end.  i can record midi notes into cubase via external 
controller kbd, but i cannot record directly from the mp7 octave 
pads.  i have taken the machine back to the store twice and keep 
getting this same problem.  any suggestions?
