Yep.  Check out the second to last two screens in the song/pattern edit
menus...

From two lines down from that same post:

To the list of features we added footswitch to various functions (song
start/stop, punch-in, etc) support.
We also (as Scott mentioned) did put USB support in the firmware, but have been
working on Windows driver installation...
