Right, but those presets are not the same ones on the MP-7 ROM. > but the presets the patterns point to are showing "not installed". That's because they aren't there. You have Pure Phatt presets, and the patterns are looking for MP-7 presets. > sorry I guess I wasnt clear about the problem I'm having. Nope, you were very clear. =) > are the patterns and presets different on the Mo Phatt/MP-7 > and Pure Phatt ROM? Well, there aren't any patterns on the ROM (they come with the MP-7) but yes, the presets are different. You almost got it right. Pure Phatt == Mo'Phatt, and MROM == MP-7. Like I said before, you could download the MP-7 presets, but you'd still have to set every patterns' preset selections by hand. This could be a *very* arduous task for 128 patterns times 16 tracks. I suppose someone could write a tool to convert 0xBn 0x00 0x0F to 0xBn 0x00 0x00 in the SMF files (this would convert the bank select for the MP-7 ROM to the user bank). -Aaron __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
