You don't need to change any setting on the P2500 itself, just select the 
Pattern/song in E-Loader, and click on Download.  The P2500 will accept 
and store the patterns and songs automatically.  The E-Loader installer 
contains all the documentation on how to set up and use E-Loader.

Well can you guide me and give the exact settings to be done on the

PROTEUS 2500 module   and also on the E-loader While downloading 
songs/patterns from the e-loader to the P2500.
Whether  the proteus 2500 should be set to any mode ,pls let me know.
