I'm sorry, but I'm flat out of ideas on anything else I could add to try 
and fix your P2500 problem.  Perhaps you should try calling Emu's Service 
Center  in the US, and see if they can help you out?  Their number is:

So far no luck on upgrading the o.s. to 2.0 (P2500)

Well I tried  downloading the  Patterns and songs  data but nothing seems 
to happen (No midi  led light flickering.).neither on the MTP AV  and 
P2500 module.

Well can you guide me and give the exact settings to be done on the 
PROTEUS 2500 module   and also on the E-loader While downloading 
songs/patterns from the e-loader to the P2500.
Whether  the proteus 2500 should be set to any mode ,pls let me know. 

MIDI connections set  to :
MIDI    IN/OUT  of MTP  AV USB   going   into   MIDI    OUT /IN (A) Of 
P2500 Module.

CONFIG:  P2 ,128mb ram,4 gb hard drive,Win 98 Se ,E-loader 1.1 ,Motu's MTP 
 AV USB.
