Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

What is a PX-7 I was jst checking out the photos and I saw this what is it 
and how do I get one.  Of course I want it because it looks so cool.

Also I saw rEalm's custom paint job.  I like it who did that and how could 
I get say an ugly xl-7 to look like rEalm's.
