Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

OK, but if Sends can't be saved as part of a Song, then how does the 
following work:

1) Create 2 identical songs A & B (using Copy Song)
2) Select Song B and goto MIX OUTPUT and change the send for a 
particular channel n.
3) Exit the Global Menu
4) Save Song B

I can now recall Song A or Song B and the Send for channel n changes 
accordingly. Note that I haven't altered any patterns or recalled any 
multisetups? Just curious...
