I think what you want is the Realtime Controller menu screen under the controllers menu. It looks like a:00 b:00 c:00 d:00 and so on. These numbers correspond to cc#'s for the Quick Edit knobs in each preset, so setting A:22 will make all presets have the cc:22 for their filter cutoffs. (Be sure to look up some unused CC numbers in the manual first.) What I do is set the programmable knobs 13-16 with filter cutoff, Q, volume(cc7) and pan(cc10) set to the basic channel, so whatever is the current selected preset gets controled by all those knobs. The rest of my programmable knobs are routed to FX and pads on the B channels.
