wow dude what is up with the caps?

Ok well I use a XL-7 and a E5000 with a 10 gig drive and 128MB of
ram. I love this set up. I have not spent alot of time with the MP
but from the time that i did spend I think that you would be better
off with the XL even though alot of the sounds are tech/trance'ish.

I truly dont think any synth is going to give you alot of the drum
sounds that you are looking for. Jungle is after all started off a
sampler based music, like hip hop. It's roots are in sampled drum
loops and hits riped apart and reconstructed. As for heavy bass
there is alot of it in the XL. I feel that the bass sounds in the
xl are truly one of its strong points.

As for the new 909 from what i have read it seems that it is still
rely buggy. I kinda wish that it where perfict becouse i get sick
of setting up program changes and setting up all the controllers for
my E5000. But it seems that there is alot to work out with that box.

And for the rs7000 I think that the sequencer in that box is great.
But the synth is very weak in comparison with the XL/MP's. There ya
go. Hope that helps more than confuzes.

You can email me directly if you have more questions about my setup.
