Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

So.... right upfront I got some questions to ask:

1- How do you set up the synchronizing setting in detail in logic and MPC to
     lay down drum tracks?

2- Do you start from scratch by  playing in the drum notes or record ready
     drum loops into logic and then arrange them? Which way is recommendable
     considering midi timing?And how do the pros do it?
