Hey I had another idea.  Right now, the knobs in Quick Edit mode show you 
where they are set (default) for a particular Preset by turning off their 
associated LED at that value.  Would this same feature be possible for the 
volume and pan controls too?  I know when I'm working on a pattern, 
sometimes I need to make a quick tweak to a Preset, and using Quick Edit 
is best for this.  However when you go back to Volume mode, the knobs no 
longer correspond to the proper volume levels, and there's no way to 
referrence what values were saved with the pattern, either visually (the 
LED) or numerically (the LCD display).  Just an idea....
